I bought the bike a little over a year ago in stock condition. 2900 original miles. The old 57 paint was already done when I purchased it. It was one of the things I really loved about the bike. It's a head turner for sure. I believe the tank badges are original vintage HD. This is an excellent, dependable, bike.
I added a few things, took a few things off & rode about 4000 miles. Not one problem ever. From PCH, the canyons, the crest, & highway. It's a fun, easy bike to get around on. I'm selling because I recently bought 2 more bikes & I don't have the room for all of them. It's time to pass this on to someone else who can really enjoy. Mods: (All below have just about the 4k miles I've rode.) Tue, 18 Oct 2011As expected, Harley-Davidson reported a net income of $183.6 million over the third quarter ended Sept. 25, 2011, a 106% increase from the $88.8 million reported in the same quarter of 2010. Harley-Davidson reported sales revenue of $1.23 billion, a 13.4% increase from the $1.09 billion reported in the same quarter of 2010.

First introduced in late-2013 for Harley-Davidson Twin-Cam engines, ACCEL’s Stealth SuperCoils provide quicker engine starting and improved throttle response, while hiding all ignition wiring in the head of the self-contained coil pack; eliminating the need for spark plug wires and creating a clean, custom look. In addition to the flat black and natural aluminum finishes, the Sportster Stealth SuperCoils are offered in flat black with polished aluminum edges. Each SuperCoil mounts directly to the spark plug and features a cross-functional cast aluminum cover that also acts as a heat sink, pulling heat away from the cylinder heads.
Budding Artist and MDA Ambassador Create Motorcycle Painting to Benefit MDA
Sat, 27 Jul 2013Reagan Imhoff dreams of a career in art, and the determined 8-year-old and MDA Ambassador won’t let Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type II get in the way of those dreams. Her parents’ New Berlin, WI, home is plastered with hundreds of her drawings, and a painting of hers sold for $5,000 at the MDA Black-N-Blue Ball in May. Local artist and Harley-Davidson designer Mathew Hintz is encouraging her passion.
