1999 HARLEY-DAVIDSON SPORTSTER CUSTOM For sale is a nice custom 1999 Harley Sportster. This bikes has a whole bunch of cool custom parts and looks great going down the road. It just had a full service and a new clutch kit and spring plate installed at the Harley Dealer (Over $ 1,000 on that bill alone). This is a nice cool old bike that starts up and runs well. It is a 1999 so assume that it may need a few things. I'm selling it at a good price with that in mind. Most people wouldn't touch a thing and ride it as is. I will ship or arrange shipping to the lower 48 at the expense of the buyer. Please look at all items very carefully and request additional photos if you are unsure of something. Please ask any questions prior to purchase or bidding. I am not an expert, everyone else is. I highly recommend having a parts expert or an authorized Harley Dealer check all items before you purchase them to ensure that particular part is what you need and/or what you want. Stephen King to Guest Star on ‘Sons of Anarchy’
Tue, 21 Sep 2010Stephen King will be making a guest appearance on the hit TV show, Sons of Anarchy, later tonight. King will play a character named “Bachman”, which I’m sure was no coincidence since he had published under the pen name “Richard Bachman” for several years. Stephen King is a motorcycle enthusiast and was excited to get a tricked-out, bright red Harley-Davidson Road-Glide to ride for the filming of the episode. See his comments about the production here. Designed to replace the OEM fork caps, the machined aluminum adjusters can be installed in well under an hour with basic tools and are available for 39mm and 49mm Sportster and Dyna forks. The adjusters sit tight against the triple tree to avoid handlebar interference and are available in clear or black anodized finish.
