1976 Harley Davidson XLCH Ironhead Bobber
This bike has been worked on for the last two years. It has over $5,000 in it, and countless hours. This is a tough, fun riding bike that gets a lot of looks. This bike is fully functional, and is driven daily. I no longer have time for this motorcycle. It needs to go to a good home. Too many features to list that has been done to it, please inquire for more information and photos. This bike is both electric and kick start. It has over $500 in new parts that have not been installed that will come with it, and numerous used parts as well. The paint does have some nicks and flaws, I had not gotten around to paint it yet. Has matching serial numbers with the engine and frame. This bike has no warranties or guarantees, and is sold as-is. Local Pick up only. Thu, 09 Feb 2012The Harley-Davidson Museum is opening a new exhibit dedicated to an iconic piece of motorcycle culture: the black leather jacket. The “Worn to be Wild: The Black Leather Jacket“ exhibit will showcase the ubiquitous article from many riders’ wardrobe.The exhibit includes over 100 artifacts including jackets designed by fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier and Gianni Versace, as well as jackets worn by celebrities such as Elvis Presley. “The leather jacket symbolizes different things for each person who wears it, whether they are a motorcyclist, celebrity or a top designer,” says Bill Davidson, vice president of the Harley-Davidson Museum.
