Bikes from the years before and after had different, non-interchangeable engines. It comes with the matching Sparkling America "boat tail" tail section in addition to the stock seat, the deluxe white seat and the custom solo seat (see photos). It also comes with a super-rare larger gas tank (also in Sparkling America livery) in addition to the standard gas tank (see photos). Also included are the original optional aluminum rims and Goodyear tires (see photos). The original shock absorbers and carburetor are also part of the sale (again, see photos). Sale includes the original owners manual, framed dealer posters, original matching Harley helmet and sales brochure. You will never find another complete collection like this.

We all have our different opinions about the mega pop star but we can all agree that he was larger than life and truly a boy in a mans body, case in point, take a look at the “Speed Demon” video that features Jackson on a bicycle, motorcycle and scooter, sort of… The “Speed Demon” video is available after the jump. Thu, 16 Aug 2012Today (August 16) it's exactly 35 years since Elvis died (or didn't, depending on your beliefs on the matter) so we thought we'd mark the moment with this – Elvis Presley's own 1956 Harley-Davidson. Elvis is so inextricably linked to Harleys that he's even become subject of an endlessly-circulating internet myth. You know, the one where a guy finds an old Harley for a few bucks, starts to restore it and discovers an 'Elvis' inscription under the seat.
