Harley-Davidson Other description

Only 500 miles on this 2008 Road King FLHR! This bike is great! The color, options, & chrome on this bike make a perfect combination. Hop on and hit the road! Beautiful two-tone red paint with just the right amount of flakes to make it pop. Hard bags, detachable windshield included, Kuryakyn leather bag top covers, chrome crash bars, chrome rocker boxes, beautiful wheels, and some other nice chrome upgrades. Studded seat & custom foot boards. Has the security system too! This bike also has cruise control and the six speed transmission. Take it home and ride it anywhere. There's not much to say about this Road King other than it's practically brand new. Rides great & has a LOT of pep.

Harley-Davidson Denies Plans for Small-Displacement Model for India

Fri, 18 May 2012

India’s 13-million-unit-per-year motorcycle market is comprised of mostly small-displacement models, so it sounds odd at first when manufacturers such as Harley-Davidson and Triumph enter the market with their larger-displacment models. The question quickly arises as to whether they will stick with their existing big-bore models or introduce an all-new, small-capacity model for the Indian market. Manufacturers like the Big Four from Japan already produce smaller models for other markets so it’s a relatively easy task for them to introduce new models such as Honda‘s recently launched 109cc Dream Yuga.
