Harley-Davidson Other description

2005 Harley-Davidson FXD/FXDI Dyna Super Glide, 12231A - Sometimes the most beautiful parts of a motorcycle are the most basic ones. In the case of the Dyna Super Glide model, those basics are more than enough to keep the eyes pinned. We begin center stage with the silver powder-coated Twin Cam 88 engine, in carb or EFI. It sounds great and has plenty of power and torque to boot. But make no mistake. Minimalist styling is still the theme here. Stretched tank. Flat handlebar. Staggered shorty duals. Two-up seat. Aircraft-style fuel cap and gauge. And anyone looking to get in the saddle of a Super Glide model is in for some reverse sticker shock. It’s the most affordable Harley-Davidson Big Twin. If the mood to add to those beautiful basics should ever strike, there are plenty more good looks to be found in our Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories catalog.
