Complete MSD MC-4 computerized dual pick-up single fire ignition system that is nitrous or turbo compatable, three step rev limiter, dual MSD coils, MSD wires, Screamin Eagle 536 cams, Rivera Taperlite adjustable pushrods,Thunder header, Thunderstorm heads, Zipper oil pump and lifter blocks, 5" Autometer pro-cycle tach with shift light, 6" stretched & 1" widened swingarm, ZX7R inverted front end and wheels, custom pegs and peg mounts, Buell fairing and headlights, V-Rod rear fender and tail light. Lots of new and one of a kind parts. Many hours of labor have been put into this bike. Fresh dyno tune at San Jacinto HD. This thing is a beast....Dynoed at 89 Hp/80 ft.lb. torque. EICMA 2013: Harley-Davidson Revolution X 750 & 500 First Impressions Video
Tue, 05 Nov 2013Bred in America, built in India the new Revolution X platform is meant to be Harley’s new price point model. The two motorcycles feature the new liquid-cooled Revolution X engine, a narrow, agile chassis with a low seat height (26.3 inches), new suspension, a wide handlebar and minimalist styling. Not all markets will get both engine sizes, but the U.S. will. The 500 costs $6700 and the 750 is $7500.
Louisiana Bill Updates Maximum Handlebar Height Legislation
Thu, 17 May 2012Louisiana state lawmakers have approved a bill that would change the maximum height of motorcycle handlebars. Current state law restricts handlebar height to no more than 15 inches above the seat, a somewhat arbitrary level, but a common choice with 17 other states. The House has voted 87-0 in favor of Senate Bill 582 to change the maximum height to the rider’s shoulder level, as measured while sitting on the seat.
Bob Probert’s Last Ride [video]
Wed, 14 Jul 2010The former NHL Detroit Red Wing and Chicago Blackhawks tough guy, Bob Probert, passed away on Monday, July 5, 2010 after suffering chest pains while boating with his family. Probert was arguably the all time greatest NHL fighter but also had great skills, leadership qualities and a big heart. He was taken to his final destination on a Harley-Davidson sidecar before about 1,000 mourners. Probert was 45 years old on his passing, he leaves behind his wife Dani, son Jack and two daughters, Brogan and Tierney. A news clip and some Probert highlights after the jump.
