Harley-Davidson Other description

A very well taken care of bike with low miles for its age.  This in not a Dyna.....It is Just a Wide Glide. There is a difference Harley only made the Wide Glide a few years(3) before they started making the Dyna Wide Glides. So the production numbers of these bikes are low and an uncommon model to find.  I just do not ride any more since the wife got ill and now we need to come up with some extra cash so the bike has to  go. It Has several upgrades that i have installed and bike runs really good. The battery is a few years old so am not sure how strong that is.

Jameson, following in his father’s footsteps, worked for The Motor Company, and in 1960 helped develop a motorcycle suited for use in the Vietnam war.

Fundraising Harley Prints By 8-year-old MDA Ambassador On Sale

Tue, 10 Sep 2013

MDA Ambassador Reagan Imhoff wanted the artwork she created with Harley-Davidson designer Mathew Hintz to “raise a lot of money for MDA so we can have more scientists to make medicines.” The original drawing of a purple Harley-Davidson Softail Breakout motorcycle brought in $3500 on August 31 at the MDA auction during the 110th Anniversary Celebration. The pair hopes to raise even more with sales of the limited edition, signed prints, available through www.HintzStudios.com. “I’m happy our artwork raised some money, and hope we sell all of the prints!” said Reagan, who has Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a painful neuromuscular disease.
