Here for sale today I have a 1966 Harley scooter. I got this from a guy that has had it since 1970 and has had it stored for about the last 70 years. It is all original except for the tail light lens. It is not running. When I got it I cleaned and sealed the tank cleaned the carb, but would not start. I don't know anything about 2 cycles but after trying to start it I removed the plug. It was wet with gas and I set the plug next to the motor and it did spark. So I think it must be a simple fix. This was only made 2 years and don't see many around. If you have any questions please ask. I am looking for a early 70's FL or FX unmolested frame and will be going to Wauseon at 9:00 Sat. morning. Donation of Photos and Memorabilia to Harley-Davidson Museum Reveal Glimpse of Early Days at Harley
Thu, 22 Mar 2012Harley-Davidson Museum today posted on its Facebook page a selection of photos it received as part of collection of images and memorabilia donated by a former Harley employee. According to the Facebook post former H-D employee Bob Jameson donated “ two scrapbooks, numerous photographs, news clippings and other company related materials” for the museum’s collection. Jameson, following in his father’s footsteps, worked for The Motor Company, and in 1960 helped develop a motorcycle suited for use in the Vietnam war.

The Motor Company has already got things underway with its “110 Years of Freedom” world tour kicking off in Tibet in August. The tour will continue around the world through to the Harley-Davidson 110th Anniversary Celebration in Milwaukee, Wis., Aug.
Harley Skateboard Trick – Awesome Motorcycle Jump
Tue, 28 Apr 2009Everything needs to be jumped over with a skateboard at some point in human history. People, benches, cars, cats, senior citizens, conclusions, ships, …. I’m getting a little metaphorical here… Why not motorcycles? Let’s jump some motorcycles on a skateboard and let’s make them Harley-Davidson motorcycles to boot. Harley is on fire with releasing “viral video” to promote their Dark Custom line and have now released this interesting video of a “modded” skateboard with fireworks strapped to it flying over some bikes. Personally, I think it looks like the guy is hanging from a wire when he crosses over those bikes.
