Thanks to Eric Buell for designing the hand-made frames, making the 1988 FXR one of the best handling, highly desired, Harley Davidson ever made!  


Retired U.S.A veteran purchased this H-D FXR 26yrs ago in 1990. This very clean, garage kept, 1988 H-D FXR Low Rider with 73k miles,underwent a nut and bolt, custom restoration.


In immaculate condition, with no expense spared, this H-D FXR was put back together better than the factories specifications. 


Demanding attention… This H-D FXR will turn heads with its impressive Kandy Tangerine Custom House of Kolor paint job and custom Harley Davidson wheels.   

It also has a LePara Maverick seat with biker gel to make for a comfortable ride and a quick on/off windshield. 

 

You will feel the adrenaline-pumping precision when you crank the air-cooled, V-twin  engine“EVO”  as it engages the S&S Super E carburetor. A thunderous feeling of power can be felt as it travels through the custom Bobtail rear fender and Python side pipes.


Additional upgrades include a Dyna 2000 dual coil single fire ignition module, high compression pistons, M6 primary chain tensioner and Big Balls starter.

The Milwaukee-based company has unveiled its new V-twin, a 131-inch 'crate engine' designed for post-2017 Touring models. Harley-Davidson has not yet had large engines in terms of capacity and power. This behemoth, which looks like a work of modern technoart, is called the Screamin' Eagle Milwaukee-Eight 131.

Ever gone to take your Harley for a spin and thought "You know, I wish this thing had a couple more seats, infact no, I wish it had 10". Well, you might not have done that, I know I haven't, but one man who did was Steve Hopkins who built this bike using 7 Harley-Davidson engines some which date back over 100 years. To prove it rides, Hopkins and nine passengers hopped on the bike on Saturday to start the 900 mile ride from Wisconsin to Sturgis.

The bike build project is a collaboration between the Sturgis Buffalo Chip, Sturgis Brown High School, Black Hills Harley-Davidson, Terry Components, Dakota V-Twin and a large group of industry-leading parts sponsors. The program provides the opportunity for Sturgis Brown High School students to learn from leading motorcycle industry professionals in order to create a one-of-a-kind custom motorcycle from a stock Harley-Davidson.
