Up for sale is a custom build. This is a 07 Vin bike. Stock 80" Harley motor with Andrews EV27 cam. 5 speed transmission. Paughco wishbone frame. 9 spoke mags. JayBrake hand and foot controls. Performance machined rear caliper. Clear braided brake lines. S&S carb. Spyke starter. Tons of powdercoating- frame, wheels, oil tank, motor mounts, lower legs, rear fender supports etc. You have to see this bike to appreciate it. Classic black bobber. Loud and fast. Invested well over $15k and just ran out of time and money. Bike needs blinkers, speedo to be truly finished but thats up to the buyer. 2014 Harley-Davidson Fat Bob Receives Dark Custom Makeover
Mon, 19 Aug 2013The Harley-Davidson Fat Bob is returning for 2014 with a new blacked-out look as the latest model to get H-D’s Dark Custom look. The new, darker Fat Bob features a number of blacked-out components including the powertrain and air cleaner cover, rear shock covers, triple clamps, headlight trim, console and battery box cover. The machined aluminum slotted disc wheels have also been received a black powdercoated finish as well as a laser-ingraved Harley-Davidson logo and rim stripe.
Forbes Expects Harley-Davidson to Announce Gains for Q3 2011
Mon, 17 Oct 2011In anticipation of Harley-Davidson announcing its third-quarter performance in 2011 Forbes.com expects Harley will reveal its third straight quarter of sales growth. The article says that financial analysts expect “earnings of $0.76 per share, up 47.4% from the same quarter of last year.” Additionally, an 18.8% gain in revenues is expected. Interestingly, the article refers to Harley’s motorcycles as “luxury items,” and as such sees Harley’s increased sales and profit as a possible harbinger of an improving U.S.
