2005 Sportster 1200R. The "R" model comes from the factory with dual front disc brakes, dual guages, upgraded suspension and more. A lot of people want this particular year because of the rubber mounted motor and last yr of carburetor. I've taken extra special care of this bike. Always used synthetic fluids and changed every 1000 miles. The bike only has 15k miles but honestly runs and looks new. I've added a few aftermarket upgrades including Big Sucker Air cleaner, black moto bars, 6in risers, Biltwell grips, mini front fairing and black levers. I still have all the original parts which are included in the purchase. Both front and rear tires are in great shape. Come take a look and I'm sure you'll wanna take it home $4000 obo. Presented at the 2013 Daytona Bike Week, the 2013 Harley-Davidson Breakout offers a similar low and muscular profile as the CVO version but at prices starting at $17,899 compared to the premium model’s $26,999 price point. Tom Roderick reviewed the 2013 Harley-Davidson CVO Breakout last August, saying it “continues the tradition of exclusivity, performance and style customers have come to expect from Harley-Davidson’s Custom Vehicle Operations.” But take away the premium CVO features and what do you have?
Harley-Davidson Sells Test Track to Chrysler
Fri, 12 Apr 2013Harley-Davidson has sold its 531-acre private test track in Florida to the Chrysler Group for $7 million. The property, located off of Interstate 75 in Naples, Fla., includes six miles of track including a 2.1-mile straightaway and several buildings. The track was originally built for Ford, with construction completed in 1992.
