Original Bike Spirits Announces Orange County Chopper Giveaway

Original Bike Spirits, one of the leading providers of motorcycle cleaning and performance products, has partnered with Orange County Choppers to give away a custom motorcycle to an Original Bike Spirits fan. The Original Chopper Giveaway, held exclusively on the Original Bike Spirits’ Facebook page, celebrates what makes OBS customers and their bikes original. Visitors to the page are invited to upload a picture or video illustrating what makes them and their bike an original for a chance to win the custom motorcycle.

Resident Evil Inspired Chopper

Capcom, the creator of the popular video game series “Resident Evil”, has teamed up with Savage Cycles out of Maryland, to create this zombie killer custom chopper.  The project is scheduled to be completed in January, the limited bikes to be built has no price tag at this point but I am sure it will be steep. Check out some preview shots and a list of some interesting features. From the Capcom blog: The bike is low-slung and mean, armored but fast, with quick access to a number of “weapons” and items, such as an airsoft shotgun and pistol, “health sprays” and a combat knife strapped to the front fork.

Paul Teutul Sr. from OCC, once again finds himself in the spotlight, this time it’s for building the worlds first totally green custom motorcycle that was commissioned by Siemens.  Some features of the bike include: a clutch-less transmission, 27-horsepower engine and a top speed of 100 mph.  You can plug the bike into a standard 110-volt plug, takes 5 hours to fully charge and has a 60 mile range on a full charge. The Siemens Smart Chopper will go on tour this year to help promote green technology and will be auctioned off for charity at some point next year.
