riding gear: men's large Shoei helmet (removable liner can be washed),
protective shell jacket, winter riding suit (used in 12 degrees last year and
was toasty), rain suit (see pic). Manual transmission. Small blemish above
emblem on front hood. Selling because no longer commuting into DC. Fairly and
realistically priced below book. You are
welcome to inspect the vehicle or have it inspected by the local Can Am dealer
at your expense. Selling as-is. Reserve the right to end listing early. Also selling locally. Payment must be made by certified check, cash, or wire
transfer. Within 24 hours of bid
closing, Buyer must send to Seller a $500 Deposit by cash in person or bank
certified funds. Within 5 days of bid
closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in
person, bank certified funds to Seller. Out of state certified checks, money orders
and treasurers checks require at least 5 business days to clear. All funds must clear before the vehicle and
title will be released. If the sale is
not completed within 5 days, seller reserves the right to cancel the sale, relist
this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. |

BRP to go Public with IPO
Fri, 19 Apr 2013Bombardier Recreational Products has filed a preliminary prospectus with the necessary securities regulatory bodies in Canada for a proposed initial public offering of subordinate voting shares. Should things go according to plan, non-controlling shares of the company will be available on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The Financial Post reports BRP hopes to raise CN$250 million (US$243 million).
