BMW Other description

This is a 2011 BMW S1000RR with 5800 miles on it. I am the original owner, bought in March of 2012 at MAX BMW as new, it has a little over a year of factory warranty left. I had installed a full Leo Vance exhaust system, K&N and R&G Frame Sliders. This is a very clean bike that was cleaned after every ride no matter how far. It came equip with ABS, Traction Control and Quick Shift options. All routine maintenance through local BMW dealership. It was supposed to be a weekend of celebration. The World Superbike Championship was celebrating its 25th anniversary of racing at Italy’s Monza circuit. Promoters Infront Motorsports brought out 30 landmark Superbikes from the series’ history, while greats such as Fred Merkel, Doug Polen and Carl Fogarty were in attendance for what was supposed to be a weekend to remember.

2012 US Motorcycle Sales Results – Industry Reports 2.6% Increase

The Motorcycle Industry Council reported a 2.6% increase in motorcycle sales in the U.S. market for 2012. According to the industry group’s figures, American consumers purchased 452,386 motorcycles in 2012 compared to 440,899 motorcycles in 2011.
