2009 Bmw R 1200 GS, The only bike you need for practically every style of riding! - 2009 BMW R1200GS with factory low suspension and nice accessories. Equipped from the factory with low suspension (has a regular height BMW rider seat), ABS, heated grips, on board computer, hand guards, and aluminum wheels. This GS also offers BMW Vario Side Bags, larger touring windscreen, aftermarket pegs, Throttlemeister, and accessory mount bar. Overall in very good condition but does have some tarnish on the exhaust. Recently had a maintenance service and is road ready! Feasts on pavement. Chews dirt. Demands seconds. Twisties? Touring? Gravel roads? It hardly matters because to the R 1200 GS, the most versatile machine in the 2008 GS lineup. This year, a five-percent increase in power raises its output to 105 ponies for even quicker acceleration. Handling is agile and precise thanks to a Telelever suspension system. The 2008 R 1200 GS also gets a few sporty new features that make it even more eye-catching, including stainless steel knee covers on each side of the gas tank, dynamic cylinder covers, as well as an ergonomic aluminum handlebar and a more comfortable seat. “The Meet” Vintage Motorcycle Show This Saturday

While festivities will begin on Friday evening, America’s Car Museum (ACM) will host the third annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival on Saturday from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Organizers expect 450 vintage motorcycles and scooters from all over the nation to attend.
MINI Scooter E Concept Revealed

Created to bring together a youth-oriented lifestyle element and sustainable mobility, the scooters take significant design cues from the MINI lineup of cars while using a lithium-ion battery pack to deliver guilt-free mobility. Making the MINI E Scooter Concept almost excessively hip is its smartphone integration, where the owner’s iPod or similar device acts as the actual key for the scooter, clicking into a central docking station between the handlebars.
McQueen’s Husky on the Auction Block

One of his preferred brands was Husqvarna (another, seen here, was Triumph) and to the delight of motorcycle enthusiasts and McQueen fans alike, one of his bikes will soon be in the hands of a new owner. This 1970 Husqvarna 400 Cross owned and ridden by Steve McQueen will be up for auction on January 10th, at Bally’s Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, by Bonhams. The motorcycle comes with an exhaustive quantity of documents supporting its provenance and authenticity.
