I am selling my 2004 yamaha yz450f because the right engine casing cracked behind the kick start ( as you will see in the photo). I am a college student and I will not be able to fix the bike anytime soon. Everything is in good shape beside the motor not running. Before leaving for school I had a chain and sprocket kit put on the bike, a new tire on the rear. And also the front fork seals completely replaced. The plastics are overall in good shape. (monster graphics). I am not selling the bike as individual parts. I am selling the bike as a whole. If you are interested in the bike I am asking $1,900. 2010 Yamaha YZF-R1 Faces Recall for High Engine Idle
Wed, 27 Nov 2013Yamaha has initiated recalls on the 2010 R1 in several markets because of a problem with the wiring harness causing high idle speeds. As of this writing, recalls have been announce for Australia, Germany, and the United Kingdom. No recall has been announced for the U.S.
