1985 Yamaha YZ250 that has undergone a complete restoration that is ready to ride or show.
The motor was rebuilt with everything inspected and replaced if needed. A fresh top end was installed that has no time on it other then heat cycles. It has DG "works" style pipe with factory aluminum silencer. All suspension and wheel bearings have been inspected replaced cleaned and greased. The bike has brand new side covers and radiator shrouds. New OEM style seat cover, along with new OEM style full tank graphics. Bike runs and looks good. It will come with a Bill of Sale. It has no warranty or guarantees of any kind. Sold as is. Full payment must be received with 7 days after listing ends. Only owning perforated summer gloves is also far from ideal. This is the situation I found myself in and seeing as everything in Italy costs a million Euros, I wasn’t prepared to spend a fortune on a set of discontinued Oxford heated grips from the local motocross shop. A very pretty girl called Fanny at Chitrrai Yamaha, near Perugia, showed me the winter glove options.

Mon, 12 Mar 2012James Stewart gave his 2012 AMA Supercross championship hopes a much needed boost with a big win in sloppy, muddy conditions at Daytona International Speedway. Heavy rains made the Ricky Carmichael-designed track in Daytona’s tri-oval section even more difficult than the GOAT conceived, with the terrain rough, choppy and rutted. Series point leader Ryan Villopoto became an early casualty of the track conditions, sliding outon the second corner.

Fri, 04 May 2012McCarthy’s wit isn’t as quick as his motorcycle. “A prudent man concealeth knowledge: but the heart of fools proclaimeth foolishness.” (Proverbs 12:23 KJV) According to reports, New York State Police arrested Nikkolaus McCarthy, 25, of Charlton, N.Y., this past Wednesday afternoon after he was “clocked” riding his motorcycle at 166 mph on the New York State Thruway in Ravena, N.Y. But it seems McCarthy needs to learn the simple concept of avoiding self-incrimination.
