Stretched frame an extra 5" compared to the TC Bros kit. I am 6' tall & fit perfectly on this bike. Front forks shaved. Front & rear rims have holes drilled into stock mag wheels for a custom look. The box underneath the seat is hand built & stores the regulator & ignition switch. The battery box is also hand built & mounted securely to the frame. Gas tank neck was relocated, inside of tank was cleaned & sealed with POR 15 tank sealer. NO LEAKS. The rear fender is a trailer fender cut in half a mounted securely to the rear part of the frame. The license plate holder has a 1930 Ford taillight & sits off to the side. The entire bike has a new hand built wiring harness, not a reused spliced into old harness. Exhaust is hand built w/chrome tips & new black wraps on the pipes. The bike was shot in black & gold with a flat clear added.
NEW
-PAMCO Pete electronic set up
-front & rear tires & tubes
-front & rear master brake cylinders & brake lines

- every single bolt is new & stainless

The bike has excellent throttle response with the Rephased motor. Has less that 200 miles on the bike since finished. Has a nice low rumble to it. Any questions, let me know. I would be happy to describe the bike in greater detail.

NZ Superbike Series Points Leader Is A Grandfather Of Three!

Tue, 14 Jan 2014

Dennis Charlett is stamping his authority on the New Zealand Superbike championship. The 45 year-old father of five and grandfather of three (no, those aren’t typos) won the first three races of the season during the series opener in Christchurch, placing him firmly at the top of the points standings heading into round two at Levels Raceway, near Timaru. The championship favorite certainly got the wake-up call as Taupo’s Suzuki rider Scott Moir raced to a convincing win in Saturday’s Superbike race, while Charlett was forced to settle for fourth place.
