Yamaha V Star description

Up for sale is a 2002 Yamaha V Star 1100 with 13469 original miles on it. Last year brand new tires, starter, brakes, oil change, filters and full tune up were performed on this bike. I have only put on a 1000 miles since all that was done. Bike also has the power kits in the carbs and cobra pipes. Bike runs excellent, the only thing as mentioned before is a small dent in the gas tank on right side.
Please do not bid on this if you cannot complete the sale!
Any further questions please ask.

Everything was in order of course but what a great opportunity for the scrutineers to exercise their power and have a poke around the most high tech Yamaha on the planet.

Yamaha Gets Monster Energy MotoGP Team Sponsorship, Annuls Lorenzo’s RockStar Sponsorship Deal

Fri, 21 Dec 2012

Yamaha has reportedly signed energy drink maker Monster Energy to sponsor its factory MotoGP team, according to Spanish site MotoCuatro.com. The new sponsorship deal created a bit of a problem however, as Yamaha‘s star rider Jorge Lorenzo recently signed a two-year contact extension to his personal sponsorship deal with RockStar, a rival energy drink maker. To get around this sticky situation, MotoCuatro reports Yamaha will invoke a clause in Lorenzo’s contract allowing the manufacturer to veto and buy out his RockStar contract.
