1976 WAS THE FIRST YEAR OF RD 400 6 SPEED, BIKE STARTS RIGHT UP AND RUNS GOOD EXCELLENT COMPRESSION. HAS BEEN IN STORAGE IN ARIZONA SO CHROME IS PRETTY DECENT AND NO REAL RUST. ALL ORIGINAL WILL NEED SEAT, TIRES, ONE TURN SIGNAL AND MAYBE OTHER RUBBER ITEMS. HAS A SMALL DING IN THE TANK SHOWN IN THE PICS. WILL NEED SOME TLC ASSUME MILES ARE BOX C SOLD AS-IS. 2012 Yamaha TMax Announced for Canada
Mon, 12 Dec 2011Yamaha announced it is importing the newly updated for 2012 TMax maxi-scooter to Canada. First unveiled at the 2011 EICMA show, the 2012 Yamaha TMax received a sportier facelift and an updated 530cc engine Yamaha claims is lighter, more efficient and offers more torque at low- and mid-rpms compared to the 499cc engine found on the 2011 model. Yamaha claims the updated TMax can get up to 53 mpg, compared to the previous model’s 47 mpg claims.
2013 Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance World Championship Results
Mon, 29 Jul 2013The Musashi HARC-Pro Honda team of Leon Haslam, Michael van der Mark and Takumi Takahashi captured the 2013 Suzuka 8 Hours race. The Musashi team was joined on the podium by the Yoshimura Suzuki team of Takuya Tsuda, Nobuatsu Aoki and Josh Brookes and the Kagayama Suzuki team of Yukio Kagayama, Noriyuki Haga and Kevin Schwantz. The Musashi team completed 214 laps to win the endurance race.
Not the most sensible of commuters..
Wed, 04 Apr 2012This is the white and gold 2012 Yamaha R1. It's also the bike I shall be commuting on for the next 8 months. The crouched riding position and murderous amounts of power may not be ideally suited for the London grind, but with plenty of track action planned I have to make some compromises. There are three fresh colours to choose from.
