2006 Yamaha Majesty, 2006 Yahama Majesty 400 - luxury to keep you smiling on every ride. - Yamaha’s Majesty 400 has got the lot – luxury to keep you smiling on every ride, performance to take you way beyond the city streets and the kind of practical features that genuinely make life easier. Power is provided by a 4-Stroke, 400cc, Liquid cooled, DOHC, Single-Cylinder engine with Electric starter. The engine is paired with a Continuously Variable (CVT) transmission and total fuel capacity is 3.7 gallons. The Majesty 400 rides on Aluminum wheels with a 120/80 R14 front tire and a 150/70 R13 rear tire. The front suspension is a Telescopic Fork while the rear suspension is a Twin Sided Swing Arm. Front Hydraulic Disc brakes and rear Hydraulic Disc brakes provide for the stopping power. The Majesty 400 comes standard with Two-Piece, 2-passenger seating.

Ryan Villopoto picked up where he left off while Ryan Dungey gave KTM its first ever AMA Supercross podium as the season kicked off in Anaheim, Calif. Reigning champion and Monster Energy Kawasaki rider Villopoto took the holeshot and led all 20 laps to win the Anaheim I season opener by over 12 seconds ahead of Chad Reed‘s TwoTwo Motorsports Honda. “Villopoto made us look silly out here tonight,” says Reed.

Lorenzo to Remain with Yamaha Through 2014 MotoGP Season

Jorge Lorenzo has signed a contract extension with Yamaha that will see the 2010 MotoGP Champion riding the M1 through the 2014 season. Lorenzo currently leads the 2012 MotoGP Championship points chase with 115 points and is looking for his second premiere class title. Through five races this season, Lorenzo has three wins and a pair of second-place finishes, matching his pace from his championship-winning 2010 season.

The new three-event GEICO Motorcycle Superbike Shootout Presented by Yamaha is gaining steam as Dynojet Research has stepped up to provide sponsorship for the Pro Sportbike class. Dynojet will also have its popular dyno performance truck on-site for race support. Devised to fill an 11-week gap in professional road racing between mid-March and late May, the Superbike Shootout was inspired by the successful British Superbike Championship series.
