Up for auction is my 1987 yamaha radian 600cc bike. A very well maintained bike with 19000 miles. All lights work like they should. Brakes have lots of pad left. Gas tank is clean inside. Newer battery. Great tires. Nice seat . Paint is in good shape with a few chips. This bike starts and runs amazing.  I ride it everywhere. Possibly delivery for a fee. Motorcycle racers recognize they compete in a dangerous sport, risking serious harm in a crash. Of course, all riders know about the risks, whether they’re on a race track or on the street. Still it seems odd to hear Daytona Sportbike racer Cameron Beaubier broke his knee cap and injured his wrist crashing a 50cc scooter on the street.

Yamaha Opens New Motorcycle Testing Center

Yamaha has completed construction of a new test course for developing motorcycles for emerging markets in Kikugawa, Japan. The 121-acre Yamaha Motor Kikukawa Test Course features a 1.18-mile circuit and a mix of multi-purpose roads and mountain terrain. It will be used to develop new motorcycles for Latin America and Asia.

The story leading up to the opening round of the 2013 AMA Pro National Guard Superbike season was whether anyone would be able to keep up with defending champion Josh Hayes. After all, the Monster Energy Graves Yamaha rider dominated the competition last season winning 16 of 20 races including a string of 10 in a row. The season-opening round at Daytona International Speedway appeared to start on script with Hayes qualifying in pole position.
