The motorcycles we restore and resell range in age from twenty to fifty years old. We are in the business of restoration not re-manufacturing. You are buying an old motorcycle that has been thoroughly gone through and re-conditioned. Unless otherwise stated the original motor, transmission, and drive train have been checked and found to be within acceptable tolerance considering the age and mileage on the motorcycle. Our prices reflect the level of workmanship we put into each one of our bikes, so if you are looking for a bargain, check craigslist. If you are looking for a beautiful restoration that works as it should when it gets to you, that's us! Check us out and "Like" us on Facebook where many new bikes are posted BEFORE they go to eBay! Shipping... All other shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer (especially international). We have worked with Keyboard Carriage, shipmybike(dot)com and haulbikes(dot)com as have our customers. A quick internet will award you several results should their rates not be to your liking. We are happy to work with whatever shipping arrangements you make. Pickup at our shop is also available should you be attending the Sturgis Rally or just stopping through on vacation. |

An Island tour with a legend
Fri, 17 Sep 2010What you are watching is a highlight of Mike Hailwood's segment from the racing documentary Take it to the Limit - A Motorcycle Odyssey. The Yamaha - built by the extraordinary Kel Carruthers - that Hailwood is riding in the clip featured a unique frame with the camera housed within. The voice-over recording provided by Hailwood was done by taping a small mic to the bottom of his lip so he could dictate his guide to the 37.73 mile route.
Yamaha Wraps Up Sepang MotoGP Test
Thu, 02 Feb 2012Pre-season test lap times aren’t a precise barometer for how the 2012 MotoGP Championship season will go, but Yamaha has to feel good about its results after this week’s testing at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit. Last February at Sepang, Honda riders were the talk of the preseason session, taking three of the top four lap times on each day of the test. That pattern repeated itself in the final championship standings with Casey Stoner taking the championship, Dani Pedrosa finishing third and Andrea Dovizioso fourth.
One and Done: Daytona 200 Winning Project 1 Atlanta Folds
Thu, 05 Apr 2012Apparently winning isn’t enough to pay the bills any more, not even if the victory comes at the storied Daytona 200. The 2012 Daytona 200-winning Project 1 Atlanta team has folded after unable to secure funding for the rest of the season. Project 1 Atlanta, and racer Joey Pascarella, stunned AMA Pro Racing fans with a Cinderella story victory at the Daytona 200.
