Up for sale is my 1974 Yamaha DT 100 Enduro. I purchased this bike a few years ago from an estate - where it had been parked in a barn for approximately 15 years. Upon purchase, I oiled the cylinder and turned the engine. The gas tank was nearly full of varnished fuel and the carb was probably the worst I have seen. I ordered a NOS original carb from yamatopdog.com and had the tank professionally cleaned. With a new throttle cable, carb and tank cleaning, the bike runs just as you would think a 874 mile Enduro should. It always cranks quick (cold or hot), idles and accelerates well. I have put approximately 225 miles on this bike with absolutely no issues. The only notable issues are that the front tire is slightly flat spotted and the headlight bulb is bad. I would literally trust riding this bike anywhere. It is exceptionally quick for a 100 and will run about 62mph. The clutch feels good and the transmission shifts well. 2014 Yamaha MT-09 Street Tracker Revealed

Following the original model and the Street Rally comes the new Yamaha MT-09 Street Tracker. Unfortunately it looks like the Street Tracker will be a special edition variant only available in Europe, though many of the parts may be available in Yamaha’s part catalog.
Recall for 2006-2009 Yamaha FJR1300
Mon, 04 Jul 2011Yamaha is recalling certain 2006-2009 FJR1300 sport-tourers due to a problem with the electrical system. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the ground joint connector of the wire harness on some Yamaha FJR1300 models may overheat and become deformed. If the electrical system is not properly grounded, the motorcycle’s electric components including the ignition system may malfunction, potentially causing the engine to stall.
