Triumph Bonneville description

This is a 1972 Bonneville with a very rare 5 speed transmission.  Shifts through all 5 gears. The bike was restored over a period of 2 years.  Most parts are original or correct aftermarket.  The speeo and tach were professionally rebuilt, the speedo showing 0 miles.  New tires, spokes and brake shoes.  All fasteners and bright work are original and have been clear zinc plated. Boyer ignition. Started on 3rd or 4th kick and runs strong.   Two stage base and clear coat in factory colors.

2012-2013 Triumph Speed Triple in Two Transmission-Related Recalls in Canada

Transport Canada announced two separate transmission-related recalls for the 2012 and 2013 Triumph Speed Triple. At this time, the recall only affects Speed Triples in Canada though a separate recall should be expected for the U.S. market.
