Suzuki SV tech info
Suzuki SV description
The bike has a clean title, in hand, and just under 30k miles. It was just registered - good until June 2017! The only reason I'm selling the bike is because I have too many now and hardly ride this one anymore. It has the following modifications: - K&N high flow performance air filter (installed ~3 months ago) - Two Brothers slip on exhaust (done by a previous owner) - 520 vortex chain conversion with new chain/sprockets (installed ~5 months and 3k miles ago) - Outlaw Racing shift lever (installed ~6 months ago) - New hand control levers (installed ~3 months ago) - Front Galfer semi-metallic brake pads (installed ~4 months ago) The front tire is a Dunlop Q3 with about 1k miles of life left on it (120/70/17). The rear is a brand new (about 500 miles on it) Michelin Pilot Power 2CT (160/60/17) installed about 2 weeks ago. I am a stickler for maintenance on my bikes. This bike has had the oil/filter changed every 1500-2000 miles. The last time I changed it was less than 200 miles ago (about 1-2 weeks ago). The valves were also checked about 2k miles ago and were in spec. |

Though still a loss, it’s an improvement on the loss of 10.8 billion yen reported the previous year. Suzuki attributes the loss to an appreciating yen and the financial impact from heavy flooding in Thailand.
Best Helmet Designs from the 2009 MotoGP Season
Thu, 22 Oct 2009Unlike with most athletes, motorcycle racers’ faces remain hidden during competition. Except for promotional events or pre- and post-race interviews, the faces of our racing heroes are shielded under protective helmets with tinted visors. You don’t see the same human emotion in their faces like you can when soccer players score a goal or baseball players hit a home run.
