Suzuki Hayabusa description

Ladies and Gentlemen! Boys and Girls! Feast your eyes upon the fabled beast…a Suzuki Hayabusa!

What we have here is a 2005 GSX1300R Hayabusa, one of the fastest production bikes ever made, with only 31,700 miles. With a displacement of 1299cc’s, you will beat just about any vehicle on the road. This is your chance to likely own the fastest thing on any wheels you’ve ever sat on. This will take you from 0-60mph in 2.6 seconds, and will run a quarter mile in 9.7 seconds. There are very few things out there that will beat this machine.

There is some minor damage to the left main fairing, and left rear-seat fairing (damage pictured) that has been repaired by Action Motorsports here in Idaho Falls, ID. You can hardly even see the damage without looking for it. I purchased this bike from Action Motorsports back in March of this year, and it was a wonderful few months of ownership, but I bought it on impulse, and so I need to sell it to get on top of some monetary items.

I haven’t even owned it long enough to change the oil, and the longest the bike has ever been run was on a 4 hour trip to and from Wyoming. All other rides have usually been capped at an hour or less. I have taken great care of the bike, washing it often. I have never crashed it, laid it down, tipped it, or looked at it the wrong way.

This bike normally doesn’t sell less than $6,500 with all stock parts, but you’ll be getting some extra goodies. This bike has:

The rear seat with a grab bar

The rear seat cowl to give it the signature Hayabusa look

 Upgraded grips

 C&M racing suspension

 Stompgrip Tank Pads

 Integrated tail light with blinkers

 Drilled rotors

 Tinted windshield

 Shorty brake and clutch levers

A full HMF exhaust from the headers back

A fully tuned Power Commander 3.

Michelin tires still have great tread on them with no chicken strips. There’s 2 keys for the bike, as well as a RoadLok anti theft system.

The title is under lien at Westmark Credit Union, so once the check clears, or the balance is paid in cash, you can take the bike with you, and you’ll have the title once I get it from the bank.

You are more than welcome to come look at, sit on, and start the bike, but there will be no test rides and certainly no joy rides without cash in hand, or something of yours, greater in value, in my possession.

The bike is fantastic. It runs phenomenally, looks fantastic, and will give you the most exhilarating ride of your life.

Suzuki Introduces Extremely Rare 2014 GSX-R1000 SE Limited Production

Sat, 17 Aug 2013

In honor of Suzuki’s 50th Anniversary in America, the company has introduced the exclusive, limited-production Suzuki GSX-R1000 SE – with a total of just 50 numbered motorcycles to be sold through Suzuki dealers in America, and only 100 produced worldwide. No internal modifications have been made to the GSX-R1000, but the visual changes are quite obvious. Bling is the name of the game, and this SE model adds singular style that is most evident in the polished and chrome-plated frame, plus the machined and polished chrome rims with clear-coated blue spokes.

Japan Needs Your Help

Thu, 17 Mar 2011

By now, we’ve all seen pictures and video of the devastation in Japan following the March 11 earthquake and the ensuing tsunamis. Japan, of course, has contributed much to motorcycling, with the Big Four of Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha, as well as tire manufacturer Bridgestone, helmet companies Arai and Shoei and many other motorcycle industry stalwarts all coming from the Land of the Rising Sun. Jon Bekefy and Greg Hatton, two motorcycle enthusiasts, industry employees  and above all, humanitarians, have set up a fundraising campaign benefiting the Red Cross for relief efforts in Japan.
