THIS IS CAMERON Donald piloting Suzuki's GSV-R 800 MotoGP racer at close to 200mph along Sulby Straight, Isle of Man. The Australian rode the ultra-quick MotoGP bike as part of Suzuki's 50th Anniversary TT celebrations. Donald was joined by the bike's usual pilot, Loris Capirossi, for a lap of the 37.73-mile course.

Suzuki unveiled a new lightweight naked standard motorcycle at the 2013 American International Motorcycle Expo (AIMExpo) – the GW250. Powered by a 248cc liquid cooled in-line twin-cylinder engine, the GW250 would seem an ideal choice for newcomers not interested in sportbikes like the Honda CBR250R and Kawasaki Ninja 300. Suzuki to Relocate R&D Facility to Lower Tsunami Risk Area

Suzuki is considering moving its motorcycle research facility from its current coastal location to its main factory in Hamamatsu, Japan, to decrease the risk of damage from future tsunamis. According to a report in the Nikkei business daily, Suzuki is acquiring more land in Hamamatsu to house the research center and other facilities. Suzuki CEO Osamu Suzuki first brought up the idea to relocate some of its higher risk coastal properties during its 2011-2012 fiscal year forecast report.
