FOR SALE IS A NICE CLEAN GSX-R 600 MOTORCYCLE. I AM LISTING FOR FREIND. HE BOUGHT THIS BIKE NEW IN ROANOKE VA. THIS BIKE HAS BEEN ADULT OWNED , DRIVEN AND SERVICED AND HAS BEEN KEPT INSIDE SINCE NEW. THIS BIKE IS JUST LIKE IT CAME FROM FACTORY EXCEPT FOR A YOSHIMURA R-55 PIPE THAT HAS BEEN INSTALLED. HAS BEEN SERVICED ON TIME WITH ONLY SUZUKI SYNTHETIC RACING OIL. THIS BIKE HAS NEVER BEEN DOWN OR DAMAGED ANY WHERE. AFTER CLOSE INSPECTION I CAN NOT FIND ONE BLIMISH ON THIS BIKE AT ALL. HAS ALWAYS BEEN KEPT CLEAN AND DRY. Team Hammer Releases Martin Cardenas
Fri, 04 Jan 2013AMA Pro Racing’s Team Hammer has released Martin Cardenas from his contract to allow the reigning AMA Daytona Sportbike Champion “to better pursue his goal of returning to World Championship competition as soon as possible.” Though the eventual goal appears to be for Cardenas to move up to the World Superbike Championship, rumors have Cardenas landing with the Yoshimura Suzuki factory team to race in the AMA Superbike Championship in 2013 as an eventual stepping stone towards international racing. Cardenas won the 2010 and 2012 AMA Daytona Sportbike championships with Team Hammer riding a Suzuki GSX-R600. Team Hammer held a contract option for Cardenas for the 2013 season but decided to release the Colombian racer, allowing him to take a different route towards a WSBK career.
Isle of Man TT 2014: Monster Supersport TT 1 Results
Mon, 02 Jun 2014Gary Johnson narrowly beat out Bruce Anstey to take the first of two Supersport races at the 2014 Isle of Man TT. Riding the Daytona 675, Johnson’s win was the first for Triumph since 2003, ironically, with Anstey taking the victory that year in the Junior 600cc class. The race started three hours behind schedule due to fog, but once it began it quickly became a duel between Johnson and Anstey.
BSB 2012; Mystic Mac investigates
Tue, 03 Jan 2012In my opinion, the smartest move in the BSB off season has to be Michael Laverty moving from Swan Yamaha to HM Plant Honda. With a ban on electronics for 2012, and in particular traction control, WFR's Graham Gowland has already proved to Laverty how competitive an EVO spec Fireblade can be - so I’m tipping both these riders to be bang on the money at the Brands Hatch season opener in April. Unlike BMW, Kawasaki and Yamaha, Honda have deliberately developed their road-going Superbike without electronics to give a user friendly feel with good mechanical traction, so it’ll be interesting to see how the opposition copes with their high-tech trickery stripped off.
