It is in great condition!Everything functions as should, mechanically and electrically. Original exhaust system, airbox and still sporting the oem windscreen. Fuel tank was autographed by Kevin Schwantz himself and preserved with a clear-shield. It does have the upgraded 1100 4.0" rear wheel but the oem 3.5" is included in the sale, Fully serviced by Speedwerks. inc; new EBC brake pads, RK chain and sprockets. The front suspension has been completely rebuilt, The carbs were rebuilt and fitted with a dynojet kit. A valve adjustment was preformed, along with NGK plugs, filters and all fluids replaced. Metzeler Roadtec tires. Chassis has been professionally detailed. see naked pics. We do have some period correct upgrade parts available, if the new owner wishes, suspension,exhaust etc. These slab sides are so rare in OEM condition,we just left this one alone. Hayes Wins 2012 AMA Superbike Championship with Record 14th Win
Tue, 25 Sep 2012Monster Energy Graves Yamaha‘s Josh Hayes has clinched his third consecutive AMA Superbike title with his record 14th win of the season at Homestead-Miami Speedway. The win in the second race of the Miami round was the 31st of Hayes’ career. It followed a rare misstep in Race One which saw Hayes crashing after clipping a curb on the third lap.
