Bike has full VANCE & HINES exhaust system. Individual air filters. New battery and new tires. GS1150 engine very strong, just came from mechanic shop and the bike is running very good. Carbs has just been gone through completely. These bikes are getting rare and hard to come by. Bike is sold as is, no warranty. The cost of the shipping not included.

Is This the New Suzuki V-Strom 650?

Suzuki has released a teaser for a new mid-sized adventure bike, likely an updated V-Strom. The teaser campaign, which can be seen at Suzuki’s official website, shows the image above, along with the words: “Time For Real Adventures” and “Middle-Class New Motorcycle”. These hints suggest the new model will be an updated V-Strom 650, likely using an engine similar to the one powering the Suzuki Gladius SFV650.

Isle of Man TT 2013: Lightweight TT Race Results

James Hillier set new lap time and race time records in a dominating victory in the Lightweight TT race for the 2013 Isle of Man TT. All three of the Kawasaki rider’s lap times were faster than the previous lap record for the Lightweight TT class, for a record overall time of 57:42.245 and average speed of 117.694 mph. The race started with another Kawasaki rider (the class is dominated with Kawasaki Ninja 650s with a few Suzuki SV650s) Dean Harrison taking the early lead through the Glen Helen viewpoint but Hillier was right on his tail about half a second behind.

Suzuki‘s motorcycle operations posted more disappointing numbers in the company’s third quarter report for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2012. The company reported sales of 600,000 motorcycles for the quarter, down 11% from the 674,000 units sold in the same period the year before.
