Jules Cluzel Testing The MV Agusta F3 675 World Supersport Racer – Video

Thu, 30 Jan 2014

Late last year it was announced that MV Agusta would partner with Yakhnich Motorsport and field two F3 675 triples in World Supersport and one F4 1000 in the premier World Superbike class. In this video, team rider Jules Cluzel, who is stepping back into World Supersport after one season in Superbike, puts the F3 675 triple through its paces during testing at Portimao. MV Agusta revealed official photos and specifications for the 798cc version of the F3 675 supersport. The new 2014 MV Agusta F3 800 offers similar styling to the 675 but offers a bigger engine, slipper clutch, upgraded suspension and monobloc calipers. The F3 800′s three-cylinder engine has the same 79mm bore as the F3 675 but its 54.3mm stroke is 8.4 mm longer and uses the same counter-rotating crankshaft design said to reduce rotational inertia.

AMA Pro GoPro Daytona SportBike Riders Gearing Up For Road America

Thu, 29 May 2014

The AMA Pro GoPro Daytona SportBike class makes its much-anticipated return to Road America this weekend. The four-mile Wisconsin circuit is a particularly exciting place to watch the middleweight bikes because its long straights and braking zones make passing and lead changes commonplace. More than just a test of man and machine, the races often develop into a strategic battle leading up to the all-important last lap and run up the hill to the checkered flag.
