This classic 1956 MV AGUSTA CSTL 175 is coming up on 60 years old! A real survivor with interesting patina. Complete, correct and in very good running and riding condition. Ready to enjoy. Very good mechanical condition.
175cc overhead valve 4 stroke. 4 speed. Sold new without the optional speedometer so actual mileage is unknown. Brand new correct Radaelli rims and zinc plated spokes. New hard to find correct size tires and tubes. Complete new exhaust system. New battery. New chain. New grips and foot-peg rubbers. New headlamp rim and tail light. New MV tire pump. A great candidate for an easy cosmetic restoration or enjoy as is with it's factory correct character. All the hard to find parts are done! These models are becoming hard to find but I am offering this one for sale as it is a duplicate in my 30 year collection of Italian bikes in Los Angeles. A few of the CSTL models have proven to be reliable in "Giro" style events. Maybe not the quickest of contemporary Italian 175s but certainly some of the most dependable. EICMA 2008: First Impressions

MV Agusta F4 and F3 to Compete in 2012 Isle of Man TT
Tue, 29 Nov 2011MV Agusta is returning to Isle of Man TT competition with the World Performance Racing team entering an F4 and an F3. The Italian brand has a storied history in the Isle of Man TT, with the legendary Giacomo Agostini winning 10 times under the MV Agusta banner. Overall, MV Agusta claims 34 TT race victories and 61 podiums at the Isle of Man.
MV Agusta F3 675 to Enter 2013 World Supersport Championship
Thu, 22 Nov 2012MV Agusta is returning to the international racing scene, signing a three-year contract the ParkinGo race team to compete in the World Supersport Championship. ParkinGo technicians will handle the development of the MV Agusta F3 675 for Supersport competition. As yet, no riders have been announced for the ParkinGo MV Agusta team.
