Kawasaki Vulcan description

I have a 2004 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic for sale, Model VN800-B9.  I would not be getting rid of the bike, but spinal nerve issues have made it too painful to ride anymore.

This motorcycle has less than 14,500 miles on it, and since I've owned it, has been wintered at Vreeland's Harley Davidson where it was kept in climate controlled conditions.  During the winter storage, the bike was serviced as well.

It has some minor rust on it, mostly on the loops of the saddle bags. Please look at the pictures for details.

The tires are like new; look at the nubs on the tire tread in the pictures.

It has custom Mustang seats on it, with a very plush passenger seat that my better half says is the most comfortable motorcycle seat she's ever sat on.

It also has Memphis Shades windshield and fork shields, Vance & Hines exhaust, and Kuryakyn Iso-Grips.

I am including a cloth Bike Cover, Saddle bags, Sissy bar bag, and Handlebar bag.

This is a very nice cruiser, and is comfortable to ride; both for the driver as well as the passenger. Super bike, great price.

NADA lists the Low retail value with the accessories at $2,972.00 and the Average Retail value at $3,898.00.  I didn't bother looking at the High Retail Value.

2010 Kawasaki KLX110 Launch

Mon, 09 Nov 2009

The last time I rode one of Kawasaki’s 110cc MX bikes, I was banging elbows with Gary Nixon in a journo race on Max Yasgers, I mean Mertens Dairy farm in beautiful Sonoma, California. Battling against experienced racers, a muddy track and humorous rider-to-motorcycle ergonomics, I managed to outshine all of the racing glory at the nearby Infineon raceway by taking home the gold, shoes. Top prize for endangering my life in a battle of laughter and pocket-sized Singles was a pair of size 13 sneakers spray painted gold.

2014 AMA Supercross – Atlanta Results

Mon, 24 Feb 2014

KTM‘s Ken Roczen continues to impress, taking his second AMA Supercross win of his 450-class rookie season at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. Roczen, who also won the season opening Anaheim 1 round, took advantage of a mistake by Kawasaki‘s Ryan Villopoto to take the win and move within nine points of the defending champion in the rider standings. The main event started with Smartop Motoconcepts Suzuki rider Mike Alessi taking the holeshot for his best start this season.

2013 AMA Supercross Anaheim 2 Race Report

Mon, 21 Jan 2013

Ryan Villopoto claimed his first win of the 2013 AMA Supercross season and his first since the knee injury at last year’s Seattle round that kept him out of the 2012 AMA Motocross championship. The victory in front of 37,789 fans at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif., made up for his disappointing 16th place finish two weeks earlier at the same site. His Monster Energy Kawasaki teammate Jake Weimer held the early advantage in the main event, taking the holeshot ahead of the Honda Muscle Milk duo of Justin Barcia and Trey Canard.
