Kawasaki Vulcan description

For sale is my 2002 Kawasaki Vulcan 750. The mileage is 12,500, but will be a bit more as I still use it to commute 1-2 times per week. This mid-size cruiser, which is kept in a garage, has a clean title, and is currently registered and insured.

This has been a great running bike with its easy-to-ride nature, comfortable stepped seat, and torquey liquid-cooled V-twin engine. A low maintenance shaft drive transmits power from the smooth shifting five speed transmission to its 15 inch rear wheel. Air assisted rear shocks with four clicks of rebound damping adjustment offer a smooth and controlled ride, while dual front discs provide reliable stopping power.

It has been recently serviced by Joes Cycles in Broomall, PA. The carbs were cleaned, new spark plugs installed, and all moving parts were inspected and lubricated as necessary.

Bike includes:

- Plexifairing 3 detachable windshield
- K&N air filters
- New battery
- Bell Vortex Siege Helmet XL - worn only a few times
- Extra quick release smoke lens for above helmet

More pictures will be included soon.

Local pick up only.

WSBK: 2012 Moscow Results

Mon, 27 Aug 2012

The historic race first-ever World Superbike Championship round in Russia provided plenty of drama with several top riders crashing out of both races and a new leader emerge in the chase for the 2012 WSBK Championship. Superpole qualifying made for four different manufacturers lining up in the first row of the grid, with Carlos Checa taking pole position for Althea Ducati ahead of Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes, Aprilia‘s Eugene Laverty and BMW rider Leon Haslam. A slightly damp and unfamiliar track likely contributed to a number of crashes and collisions.

Stuck for a gift? Solution No3: Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki or Kawasaki merchandise

Fri, 09 Dec 2011

After the excesses of KTM and Harley's gifts ranges, Hondas seems tame. But even the sober Japanese firm has a handful of oddities in its line-up. The Japanese have been accused of imitating in the past, and Honda's incorporation of a baby's dummy in its official accessories catalogue mimics KTM's 'Silencer-System Mini Pro'.

Webb Wins Salt Lake City EnduroCross

Mon, 13 Oct 2014

From an EnduroCross press release: Factory Beta and Stillwell Performance-backed Cody Webb took a decisive win tonight in Salt Lake City’s inaugural AMA GEICO EnduroCross event. The win was Webb’s second after taking the first round victory in Las Vegas and puts him and his Beta two-stroke 300 into the points lead. The race fans in attendance at the Energy Solutions Arena saw a night go almost perfectly for GEICO-supported Webb.
