2008 Kawasaki Nomad , Very comfortable, powerful, and reliable cruiser / tourer. Meticulously maintained with full synthetics and garage stored under cover. Has highway pegs, driver backrest, throttle lock, 12V outlet, LED flashing brake light, hard locking saddlebags with chrome top rails, Chrome bottom rails will be included as well - not currently installed. DMY trunk with wraparound backrest for the passenger and chrome rack on top. Custom built solid steel mounting plate for the trunk for a solid platform and safety for the passenger. New Metzler ME888 (with 800 miles on it) on the rear and Metzler ME880 (~2K miles) on the front. Recent full service completed. Blue / Silver beautiful two-tone paint scheme. Currently has a set of Clearwater Krista 2400 lumens (each) LED lights installed that are NOT included at this price. They can remain installed and fully functional for $600. The lights allow for great visibility, both for other drivers to see you and extreme nighttime riding visibility. WSBK 2013: Portimao Race Report
Mon, 10 Jun 2013Marco Melandri and Eugene Laverty split a pair of victories at Portugal’s Portimao circuit while Sylvain Guintoli took advantage of some misfortune to his championship rivals to increase his lead in the 2013 World Superbike Championship standings. Guintoli has been leading or sharing the lead in the championship since winning the first race of Round 1 in Australia, but amazingly continues to lead despite having just that single victory after six rounds. The Aprilia rider has accomplished this through his consistency (Guintoli leads all racers with nine podium finishes in 12 races) and ability to finish each race (he’s the only rider in the top seven without a DNF).
Corbin Rider Appreciation Day July 5 & 6 In Conjunction With Rebirth Of Hollister Rally
Mon, 03 Jun 2013Corbin has announced that all vendor spaces on the lot are filled for their 4th Annual Rider Appreciation Day, held this year on July 5 and 6. Last year, Corbin had thousands of riders show up to help celebrate our country’s birthday and take part in the festivities and expects a much bigger crowd this year, since the city has approved the Hollister Rally and the event covers two days. Mike Corbin reported that the city is feverishly working on the final details in order to make this year’s Hollister Rally one to remember.
