HERE IS A 1992 KAWASAKI VOYAGER 1200 THAT RUNS,LOOKS AND DRIVES GREAT. THE BIKE WAS TRADED IN ON 1 OF OUR CORVETTES. THIS BIKE HAS BEEN GARAGE KEPT AND BABIED FOR 25YRS. THE BIKE STARTS UP WITH NO PROBLEMS AND IS SUPER QUIET. IT HAS ALL THE GOODIES FROM 1992. STEREO WITH CASSETTE PLAYER, CRUISE CONTROL, PLENTY OF STORAGE,TOOL KIT,BIKE COVER,BATTERY TENDER AND A WHOLE LOT MORE. IF YOU LIKE THE VINTAGE KAWASAKI DONT MISS THIS ONE. Wed, 08 Sep 2010We ran a couple of stories last week - both, coincidentally, about new Kawasakis. One was the first peek of the new ZX10R – hot stuff you’d imagine – the other, the new W800 retro parallel twin. I suppose it shouldn’t have shocked us, which story was most popular in terms of hits but it really does mark a seismic shifts in British biking attitudes that the W800 story doubled the hits of the ZX10 piece.
2014 WSBK – Portimao Results
Mon, 07 Jul 2014Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes extended his championship lead while a Race Two collision between Aprilia teammates Sylvain Guintoli and Marco Melandri provided drama in the World Superbike Championship round at Portugal’s Portimao track. Sykes qualified on the pole in a sun-draped Superpole session but the clouds rolled in on race day, forcing teams to plan for mixed weather. An overcast sky presided over a dry Race One, leading to a mix of tire choices but all of the racers switched to wet tires for Race Two that saw the scheduled 20-lap length reduced to 18 laps.
Recall for 2011 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic LT
Thu, 30 Jun 2011Kawasaki is issuing a recall on the 2011 Vulcan Classic LT tourer due to a risk of damage to the tires’ inner tubes. According to documents filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the inner tubes on some Kawasaki Vulcan Classic LT models may become pinched near the valve stem during mounting. In some cases, this may result in a loss of air pressure.
