I LAST RODE IT LAST YEAR (2015) AND THIS YEAR WOULDN'T START....TURNS OVER NORMALLY BUT WON'T START....NO TIME TO WORK ON IT SO THIS WILL BE A GREAT DEAL FOR SOMEONE! BIKE WAS ALWAYS STORED INDOORS, GAS TANK ALWAYS KEPT FULL, ALWAYS HAD FRESH OIL AND VERY LOW MILES (JUST A LITTLE OVER 6,300). Kawasaki-Supported Zytek ZX10ev TT Zero Electric Racer
Tue, 22 May 2012British Superbike race team Bournemouth Kawasaki and electric powertrain maker Zytek Automotive will compete in the 2012 TT Zero on the Isle of Man with an electric ZX-10R with support from Kawasaki UK. The Zytek-Kawasaki ZX10ev uses the chassis of a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R and an oil-cooled Zytek permanent magnet electric motor. Zytek is a race-proven electric powertrain supplier, though its expertise is primarily with cars.
Kawasaki Reports Q4 2011-2012 Results
Tue, 01 May 2012Kawasaki reported a slight increase in sales while reducing the operating loss from its motorcycle and engine division during its fiscal year ended March 31, 2011. According to its year-end report, Kawasaki‘s motorcycle and engine business generated 235.2 billion yen (US$2.9 billion) in sales, a slight increase from the 234.4 million yen reported the year before. Kawasaki still suffered a loss from the division, though the loss of 2.959 million yen was still an improvement from the operating loss of 5.0 million yen reported the year prior.
