2010 Kawasaki Ninja 650 5,736mis I bought this bike from insurance auction. It has been laid down on right hand side plastic has some scratches on it and it is missing right mirror and rear tail fairing and the right handle bar is bent down a bit but bike runs and drives well and also gets excellent gas mileage. I have personally rode bike 200 plus miles and would trust riding it across the country. Tires are in terrific condition. Bike is fuel injected and the instrument cluster is digital. The bike has a clear tennessee title. I am a dealer so Tennessee residents must pay Tennessee state sales tax. 2013 AMA Supercross Daytona Race Report
Mon, 11 Mar 2013Ryan Villopoto won his fifth main event race of the year at Daytona to take over the lead in the 2013 AMA Supercross championship standings. The win is the third at Daytona in the Monster Energy Kawasaki racer’s career, matching the totals set by Bob Hannah, Mike Kiedrowski, Jeremy McGrath and Chad Reed. Only Ricky Carmichael, who designed the sand-based Daytona track, holds more Supercross wins at Daytona with five victories.
2012 Kawasaki Ninja 250R, Ninja 650 and Versys Pegged for Recall
Wed, 07 Mar 2012Kawasaki is issuing a recall for certain 2012 Ninja 250R and Ninja 650 sportbikes as well as the Versys 650 due to a risk of the passenger footpegs falling off. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the circlips on the footpegs’ mounting pins may break under engine vibrations, potentially leading the footpegs to detach. This poses a potential danger to the passenger.
