Kawasaki Ninja description

This is a REAL ZX6RR, with the desireable 600cc engine-not the single 'R' model.   This is the 'factory' race version, the 'more desireable' body style of the 'RR' model, with the slipper clutch, adjustable swing arm & tighter race suspension.   This bike is in EXCELLENT condition with ALL ORIGINAL paint & plastics.   It has been stored indoors its entire life.
There is just so much to list, but its features include:poly frame sliders & spools, passenger foot pegs (not currently installed), factory steering stabilizer, braided steel brake lines, straight pipe exhaust, (have Muzzy Titanium slip on for additional price), fuel injected, Dynojet Power Commander 3 performance tuner, plenty of life on chain & sprocket, brand new tires, brand new inspection, oil just changed this week, only 22k miles-which may increase because I'm still taking it out for rides.   I have the clear title, in my name, in hand awaiting sale of bike!
This bike has NOT been raced or abused.   I bought it from original owner who wanted a 'looker' that sounded good, attracted attention, & was easy to cruise on.   I wanted the same, & got it!   A few tweaks here & there, a little polish, & boy does it look good & sound good!   I didn't intend to, but at Bald Hill last week, it attracted plenty of attention!
I will demo for interested parties.   NO TEST RIDES WITHOUT NYS MC DL AND CASH IN HAND!!!! NO TIRE KICKERS PLEASE!!!!
NO TRADES/CASH ONLY!!!!   $500 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT THROUGH PAYPAL DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS.   MUST CONTACT ME IN ADVANCE TO COMPLETE PURCHASE TRANSACTION/CASH ONLY!    You will be hard pressed to find another ZX6RR in this condition and CANNOT DUPLICATE for the price I'm asking.
If there are any other questions, do not hesitate to ask!

AMA Supercross: 2012 New Orleans Results

Mon, 16 Apr 2012

Ryan Villopoto has already secured the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship but that doesn’t mean he’s ready to let up and take it easy over the remainder of the season. The Monster Energy Kawasaki racer clinched his second consecutive title two weeks ago in Houston, Texas, but he continued his dominance in AMA Supercross’ return to New Orleans’ Superdome, taking the holeshot and leading all 20 laps for his ninth win of the season in 14 rounds. The New Orleans round may have lacked some big names currently nursing injuries such as Ryan Dungey, James Stewart and Chad Reed, but Villopoto provided a star effort in the first AMA Supercross race in the city since 2009.

Results From Day 2 Of World Supersport Testing At Phillip Island

Tue, 18 Feb 2014

If there’s one constant when it comes to World Supersport racing, it’s that Kenan Sofuoglu will be at or near the front at all times. The former champ has a special ability when it comes to lapping middleweight sportbikes as quickly as possible, and it showed again at the conclusion of World Supersport testing at Phillip Island. Sofuoglu’s best time of 1:33.506 was set during the first day of testing, but still nobody was able to beat it.

Video: Riding the 2011 MSS Kawasaki ZX-10 Superbike racer

Thu, 10 Mar 2011

A long time ago a man – some would say living legend – taught me how to ride a speedway bike. In Scandinavian tinged English he told me that the heart of riding a speedway bike was the relationship between my heart and the centre nut of the top yoke. Like a primitive cave dweller, he beat his heart with his fist while he explained this theory whilst his other hand gripped the top yoke.
