KTM SX tech info
KTM SX description
I am the second owner of this machine. I have the original title. This bike is not for a beginner rider. The bike pulls hard and is very fast. To my knowledge it hasn't been raced at all. Its always been garage kept and it shows. It has new tires front and rear and I've just installed brand new plastics. I'm also including a helmet and 2 pairs of boots. All are used and in very good condition. Selling as a package with the bike. The helmet is a youth HJC CLX-4 size L/XL.The boots are a Fox Forma size 6 and Thor size 5. The bike is clean and ready to ride.

The Differences Between KTM’s Duke Engines
Fri, 25 Jan 2013KTM set a new company record with 107,142 motorcycles sold in 2012, with a lot of credit given to strong demand for its small-displacement naked Duke line. The 125 Duke and 200 Duke have been popular sellers in Europe while Indian consumers accounted for more than 8000 units of the 200 Duke alone. KTM will try to maintain its momentum with its new 390 Duke, not to mention the 690 Duke R and the upcoming 1290 Super Duke R which was unveiled in prototype form at the 2012 EICMA show in Milan as the eventual successor to the 990 Super Duke.

The E-Speed will follow the Freeride E as the second electric model offered by KTM.
Movie: The John Penton Story
Wed, 06 Mar 2013John Penton was one of the most influential figures in the development of off-road motorcycle racing in America during the 1960s and ’70s. His life’s story is triumphant and tragic. When his attempts to convince Husqvarna to produce a smaller, lighter motorcycle fell on deaf ears, Penton created his own design and commissioned KTM, a small moped and bicycle maker in Austria, to build it. The motorcycle was an instant success in off-road competition and led KTM to expand its efforts in the motorcycle realm, initially in conjunction with Penton and ultimately on its own.
