This is the reason for my price reduction from what I believe is the actual/comparable value Both tanks have minor leaks. I have had them re-soldered and sealed twice but 50+ years of metal fatigue has caused continued leaking. Exact reproduction metal tanks are available from several sources. New tanks need to be added before any long distance riding. There are some paint and chrome scars. The bike was dropped when loading onto a trailer and sustained some minor scratches on front fenders, handlebars, and crash bars. There are also some minor paint nicks from transport and storage. Indian Announces Removal of Brake Throttle Override

Sat, 02 Aug 2014

Today, Indian Motorcycle Product Director, Gary Gray, told us that, because of feedback from journalists and the riding public, effective immediately, the Brake Throttle Override (BTO) system developed to prevent unintended acceleration in its ride-by-wire throttle system will not be installed on any of the 2015 Indian models. Additionally, owners of a current Indian who wish to have the BTO disabled on their motorcycle can simply take it to an Indian dealer to have its ECU flashed with the new software. Although the BTO has been present on all Indian models since their release last year, we first noticed its effects on a group ride at the Roadmaster’s introduction.

Actual Motorcycle or My Little Pony Character?

Thu, 29 Nov 2012

1 of 6Next Last A little while ago, we published a review of a motorcycle Honda produces for the Indian market called the Unicorn Dazzler. Yes, that’s the actual name of a production motorcycle designed by Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, a Honda subsidiary. In his review of the 150cc motorcycle, Rajeev Gaikwad said the Honda Unicorn Dazzler was “a handsome commuter with an enthusiastic and proven engine” though it was underwhelming in terms of performance and handling as the higher-priced successor to the regular Honda Unicorn also sold in India.
