2001 Valkyrie for sale. 91,000 extremely well maintained miles. This bike runs great, and has been a daily rider. It is in great shape, and ready to go for many more miles. This bike was bought by me new in 2003 and has been very well maintained. It has custom paint on the tank, and front fender done by Daytona airbrushing. Will offer help with shipping or delivery. If interested, a deposit of $500 will be due upon auction completion. This deposit will not be refunded if u decide to change your mind, or fail to pay balance after auction. Isle of Man TT 2013: Lightweight TT Race Results
Fri, 07 Jun 2013James Hillier set new lap time and race time records in a dominating victory in the Lightweight TT race for the 2013 Isle of Man TT. All three of the Kawasaki rider’s lap times were faster than the previous lap record for the Lightweight TT class, for a record overall time of 57:42.245 and average speed of 117.694 mph. The race started with another Kawasaki rider (the class is dominated with Kawasaki Ninja 650s with a few Suzuki SV650s) Dean Harrison taking the early lead through the Glen Helen viewpoint but Hillier was right on his tail about half a second behind.
Provisional 2012 World Superbike Championship Entry List Released
Wed, 18 Jan 2012The International Motorcycling Federation has released a preliminary entry list for the 2012 World Superbike Championship. The preliminary list includes 24 entries representing six manufacturers: Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki. Noticeably absent is Yamaha which announced last summer it would pull out of WSBK racing.
