Honda VTX description

I have had several people ask what my bottom dollar is:  I just made a $270.00 payment last week, and the payoff is still @ $8498.00 at Honda Financial, so I can not go any lower.  I will consider an oil change during the paperwork process since it is close to 3000 miles.

For sale a Honda 2010 Stateline Motorcycle: Receipt has price with options at $12,500.00, not including $520.00 for the corbin seat, I had put on last month.

-- 2875 miles on it,

--storage shed/garage, never stored out in the open.

--Options include:

--Corbin seat - brand new $ 520.00

--Windshield bought at time of purchase June 2011.

--Back Rest

--Baggage rack

--Cruise control (Not installed)

--Matching helmet

--$250.00 coat - thick leather size 50 chest, Brown.

ONE DISCLAIMER:   Need two weeks for title to clear with payment to Honda Financial - I will leave bike in my name for the two weeks and insurance so you can use it.

I bought the Corbin seat, because I was having trouble with pain in my tail bone, but with this seat no issues at all.  Amazing difference.  Still have the original seat (free with purchase).  See pictures, ask questions for further clarification, Ken.

2013 AIMExpo: Skidbike

Mon, 21 Oct 2013

One of the most inventive devices seen at this week’s AIMExpo is the Skidbike, a novel creation that helps teach riders the skills to balance and to master threshold braking. It’s a Swedish/American invention originally designed to educate riders how to sufficiently apply brakes to avoid an accident without the danger of tipping over and causing injuries. It uses an electrically operated hydraulic ram built on a hinged dolly to reduce front-tire grip, which drastically reduces speeds when traction is lost so riders can learn how to use the brakes effectively.

MotoGP should return to Suzuka

Thu, 14 Jul 2011

Suzuka was always one of the great circuits; unfortunately the Japanese track was dropped following the tragic death of Daijiro Kato in 2003 as the course was deemed too tight and dangerous for the rapid four-strokes. Owned by Honda, Suzuka is a magical place combining arching S-bends from the start of the lap, high-speed in the middle and finished off with the technical and oft racing deciding final chicane, the location of many fantastic last lap battles. However the death of Kato, and Honda’s major hope of a Japanese champion, placed a dark cloud over the 5.807 kilometres of tarmac.
