1970 Honda SL175 KO Motosport in Candy Sapphire Blue. 1st year for this bike. KO model.   Only 7,734 original miles. This bike was restored in 2013., including engine rebuild.  I have a file folder full of the entire restoration process, including 50 pages of detailed information and receipts for all of the work done to this beautiful bike.  The bike retains its' original paint and decals which do have a few knicks and scratches as pictured and the 5 in 175 is missing off the right side cover.  The bike has original miles as pictured and the bike starts and runs great.  Gas on.  Choke it.  1 kick with half throttle and away you go.   Everything from the brake shoes to the pistons, rings, everything was restored using NOS  The gas tank is perfect inside.  The tires are new have as you can see, have lots of meat on them!!   The bike has the original D.I.D. rims and spokes which have been trued and aligned.  Paint and decals are original except both fenders were repainted.  The levers are aftermarket levers.  The bike is a beautiful specimen of this awesome vintage Honda.   I hope you like it as much as I do.   Thank you so much for bidding!!!!   I have done my best to describe the bike as best i can.  I am not a mechanic but I am 66 years old and remember these bikes from back in the day.  I HAVE THE CLEAR MICHIGAN TITLE READY TO BE TRANSFERRED.

The North East,Prescott and fast laps with Chris Walker at Mallory

Thu, 26 Apr 2012

A big thanks to all at Newcastle Motorcycles for lending me a Honda CB1000F on Saturday to do nothing other than join mates for a blast round some fantastic roads in the North East. The buddies in question were Alan Smith (Bradley’s dad) and two stroke addict and race fan Chris Berriman. We headed east over the moors from the ‘Toon’ heading towards Barnard Castle then back through Consett before finishing up at the picturesque Tynemouth.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Groms

Fri, 27 Dec 2013

We’re big fans of the Honda Grom, not just because of the grin-inducing experience it offers but also for its potential for customization. Just look at the RC-X Mini Vintage Racer for an example of the Grom’s ability to transform. MORE: Top 10 Modified Honda Groms It’s no surprise then that Honda would present some more special Groms for the upcoming Tokyo Auto Salon, an annual showcase for automotive performance and customization similar to the SEMA show here in the U.S.

Schwantz Ousted From CotA

Wed, 20 Mar 2013

CotA management obviously doesn’t fathom the depth of respect MotoGP fans have for Kevin Schwantz. It may be the newest and best racing venue in the U.S., but it seems as though CotA management is going out of its way to make motorcyclists dislike the place. Statement by Kevin Schwantz: “I have read several reports regarding my attendance at the MotoGP test last week in Austin.
