Honda Interceptor description

 2000 Honda VFR yellow

(only year yellow was made)

Bike is in great shape and is turn key. Inspection up to date. (mileage 6k a year, total 84K)

In the last year: New chain and sprockets, Oil change ever 2k, fork refresh IE new oil and seals, New Tires, brake fluid, new brake pads, coolant change once a year, clutch master and slave cylinder rebuild. Service up to date. This bike is in great shape and it has been industry owned all its life.

There is a small crack in the front fender right hand side, which is shown in picture 4.  There are a few small scratches on the rear seat cowel, other than that there is no damage other than normal wear on bike.

I am happy to answer any other questions you may have. I can arrange pick up from airport if needed. If you are going to ship the bike, that is something you will need to work out details on.

"The Honda VFR800i 2000 is the best version of the best motorcycle ever built according to some. Honda VFR800i is a consumate all-rounder that looks great and goes better whether you’re on a track day, commuting or heading on a two week holiday with pillion and luggage. Honda VFR800i is an evolution of the VFR750, which started life as a sports bike but ended as a super sports tourer." (motorcyclenews)

Another Cruiser?

Sun, 09 Nov 2008

In a county gone mad with cruisers, from outrageous T.V. customs to 250cc Honda Rebels, the cruiser is the largest segment of the American motorcycle market. Interesting then, that despite a seeming glut in the cruiser supply, and receding sales figures from major OEMs in the past year, that new cruiser models keep coming.

Is this Valentino Rossi's missing NSR500?

Thu, 15 Apr 2010

CHECK THIS: the poster of this video on YouTube is asking if the machine in the clip is an ex-Valentino Rossi Honda NSR500 GP racer. Although, the bike looks the part, we doubt it's a 'missing' Valentino two-stroker. We weren't even aware the nine-time world champ had lost one!

NZ Superbike Series Points Leader Is A Grandfather Of Three!

Tue, 14 Jan 2014

Dennis Charlett is stamping his authority on the New Zealand Superbike championship. The 45 year-old father of five and grandfather of three (no, those aren’t typos) won the first three races of the season during the series opener in Christchurch, placing him firmly at the top of the points standings heading into round two at Levels Raceway, near Timaru. The championship favorite certainly got the wake-up call as Taupo’s Suzuki rider Scott Moir raced to a convincing win in Saturday’s Superbike race, while Charlett was forced to settle for fourth place.
