Honda Interceptor description

The 1998 Honda VFR Interceptor 800cc includes aftermarket Sargent Seat, Sargent back seat as well as stock seat and stock back seat cover. It also has a Micron exhaust system installed but comes with the stock exhaust. The handlebars are on risers and comes with the originals as well as 3 different sizes. The bike his light external damage on the right side and lightly on the end of the exhaust pipe (see photos). If you have any further question, please dont be afraid to ask. Classic Japanese Bikes Highlight Bonhams’ Next Auction

Bonhams’ annual fall auction, the Classic Motorcycle Mechanics Show, at Stafford County Showground is scheduled for October 20, 2013. Included in the auction is the above pictured 1974 Kawasaki H1-RW 500cc triple. Expected to sell for approximately $96,000 to $112,000, the Japanese works Grand Prix racer is one of only two machines built by the factory for the French Kawasaki importer SIDEMM for use in the 500cc World Championship. The bikes were ridden during the 1974 season by the French endurance racing specialist Christian Léon and French-Canadian Formula 750 star Yvon Duhamel.

2010-2011 Honda Shadow VT750 Recall

Honda has initiated a recall campaign for certain 2010-2011 Shadow series cruisers due to a problem with their bank angle sensors. According to documents filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the bank angle sensors may incorrectly read that the motorcycle is leaning. The bank sensor uses a weighted pendulum that swings into a motorcycle’s lean.
