Has factory C/B, rear spoiler with LED brake light, HID headlamps, LED license plate lighting, National Cycle Quantum Special Edition Windshield, Super-brace fork brace. The engine oil and rear gear oil has been changed at 41, 498, 1,117 and 2,712 miles, the last using Amsoil. I purchased the bike with 1 mile on the odometer. Never in rain, always garaged. As one of Europe’s top-selling scooters, Honda listened to customer feedback when updating the PCX line.
