FOR SALE IS MY 1965 HONDA CT200 TRAIL 90 DUAL PURPOSE MOTOR CYCLE! THIS IS PART OF MY COLLECTION OF VINTAGE HONDA'S LOW MILES, PURCHASED FROM ORIGINAL OWNER. THIS IS A RARE FIND PEOPLE WITH ORIGINAL IGNITION KEY, OWNERS MANUAL, COMPLETE TOOL KIT THAT STILL HAS SHIM AND TOOL FOR ADJUSTING THE VALVES! UN-RESTORED COLLECTOR WITH JUST THE RIGHT PATINA. THE SEAT WAS RECOVERED AND I REPLACED FRONT AND REAR TIRE, TUBES, AND CHAIN FOR SAFETY REASONS. ALL LIGHTS, SPEEDO AND BRAKES WORK. I HAD HONDA DEALER ADJUST VALVES AND CARB. THE BIKE IS CURRENTLY PLATED WITH A CLEAR INDIANA TITLE IN HAND! THIS IS 2nd YEAR PRODUCTION FOR CT90 AND FIRST CT90 4SPD AUTO CLUTCH TOP SPD OF 50MPH, FIRST YR WAS 1964 WITH 3SPD AUTO. Tue, 29 May 2012Marco Melandri earned BMW its second ever World Superbike victory to move into second place in the championship standings behind Max Biaggi in the series’ only stop in the United States. Melandri won a red-flagged Race Two at Utah’s Miller Motorsports Park after finishing second to defending WSBK Champion Carlos Checa in Race One to give him 142.5 points on the season, tied with Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes but behind Aprilia‘s Biaggi who leads the way with 160.5 points. McGuinness Tests Mugen Shinden Electric Race Bike
Thu, 22 Mar 2012Isle of Man TT veteran John McGuinness recently got a chance to test the new Mugen Shinden electric rice bike to prepare for the 2012 TT Zero. The test took place at the Twin Ring Motegi in Japan, a world-class racing circuit but perhaps not-coincidentally, a track built and owned by Honda, further fueling the belief the Mugen effort is a front for the Japanese manufacturer. The Honda-contracted McGuinness put the Shinden through its first big test, helping the Mugen team gather data on the electric racer.
